REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Vippy Industries Ltd (VIL) has a specific replacement policy for online purchases. If you happen to receive a product with leakage or damage, you can request a replacement.
However, it's essential to raise the request within 2-3 days of receiving the product. Once you inform the customer representative, the Operations team will promptly dispatch the replacement product.
- It's important to note that for Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Additionally, any claims for return or replacement will not be considered valid if made after 5 days from the date of delivery.
- VIL will not accept requests for a return, or replacement if the delivered product is undamaged and matches the original order.
- To initiate a replacement, you must provide valid photo proof of the damaged product, and products with broken seals will not be eligible.
- Product should be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
- Customers shall bear the shipping charges of the replaced product.
